Q: Is this legal?
A: Nature’s Relief is completely legal! We are a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation registered in the State of California to distrubute cannabis medication to members of Nature’s Relief. According to prop 215 and health and safety code sec: 11262.5(B)(1)(A) & 11461.7(H) in the state of California.
Q: Is there a cost to become a member?
A: No, there is not a cost to become a member of Nature’s Relief.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Delivery is FREE to all members with donations of $100 or more . However, there is a $5 delivery charge for orders under $100 and there is a $50 minimum order. $100 minimum order for all deliveries in Alameda in Santa Clara County.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and cash (Please have exact change, our driver does not carry any cash on hand).
Q: Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
A: Absolutely! We encourage our members to schedule your deliveries in advance in order to assure you get your desired delivery time. We understand our members have busy schedules, so call or e-mail us to schedule your next delivery.
Q: Is your service private?
A: Very private! Protecting your privacy is extremely important to us, which means we never share any of your information. To ensure your privacy, our software has numerous security and accountability features designed to exceed the requirements of HIPAA.
Q: Is your service discreet?
A: Absolutely! We understand that many members are worried about their neighbors, which is why we will deliver your medicine in an unmarked vehicle.
Q: What if I feel uncomfortable with the delivery member coming inside my home?
A: No worries, we want you to be comfortable throughout the order process and we do not need to enter your residence. Your order can be delivered to you just like your favorite pizza joint, right at your front door.
Q: Do you have a location where we can walk-in?
A: No, not at this time. We are strictly a delivery service.
Q: How do I get started?
A: You will need to become a member by filling out our new patient enrollment form. You will be contacted once your information is verified and you are free to put in your first order.
Q: I use cannabis to treat my illness but do not have a doctors recommendation. May I still become a member?
A: No, Nature’s Relief is only for patients with a valid doctor’s recommendation. You may find doctors that can assist you at California NORML.
Q: What is the difference between Indica and Sativa?
A: Sativa plants have less chlorophyll than the Indica counterpart. It has a higher THC content to Cannabinoid (CBD) ratio and offers a much more energetic type of mood. Sativa is used most commonly to elevate a depressed mood.
Indica has a higher CBD content to THC ratio and induces a more relaxing mood. This is a treatment for anxiety, pain, tremors and many more applications. Indica is most commonly used to induce appetite.
