Delivery Info
- Donation prices listed on this site include sales tax.
- Deliveries will be made Monday thru Friday 10-7. (Please place your orders before 3 PM for same-day delivery.)
- We are always happy to schedule appointments in advance if you would like a specific delivery date and time (after hours deliveries can be arranged by appointment only).
- Delivery is FREE to all members with donations of a $100 or more. However, there is a $5 delivery charge for orders under $100 and there is a $50 minimum order.
- $100 minimum order for all deliveries in Alameda in Santa Clara County.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Cash (please try to have exact change, our delivery members do not carry cash).
- Deliveries will made only to members of Nature’s Relief or their approved caregiver.
- Delivery will be made discreetly to a members home, office or private place (pre-approved by collective). Deliveries will be made by a trusted member of our collective.
- ONLY THE MEMBER OR THEIR CAREGIVER MAY BE PRESENT IN THE ROOM AT TIME OF DELIVERY!
